Sean Mooney is a Registered Building Surveyor and Project Manager who upon completing a BSc Hons degree in Building Surveying in 2006, worked as an integral member of Alan Caren & Partners professional team until year end 2012, before setting up SM Building Consultancy in early 2013.
SM Building Consultancy provides the full range of Building Consultancy Services, including Building Surveys, Schedule of Conditions, Schedule of Dilapidations preparation and negotiation, as well as project managing renovations, fit-outs and new build construction projects for clients.
SM Building Consultancy also provide advice on Property & Facilities Management services and has extensive experience of the wider property industry ranging from the development of feasibility studies through to life cycle assessments and Planned & Preventative Maintenance schedules.
