About the Practice
SMBC was established in 2013 as an independent Building Surveying practice which provides a full range of Building Surveying services across residential and commercial properties.

The Directors, Sean Mooney and David Murray, who between them, have over 25 years experience in providing professional Building Surveying services and advice to a network of building owners, occupiers, asset managers, funds and agents.
